The ideal candidate is a visionary with strong analytical acumen, a passion for innovation, and the ability to inspire and lead teams through change.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONAs the Manager, Materials Operations Excellence, you will:Lead the development and execution of reporting strategies that support key initiatives within Material Manufacturing in collaboration with functions across Materials Supply Chain.Oversee the modernization, governance, and continuous enhancement of operational reporting tools and dashboards.Drive improvement in data quality, reporting automation, process optimization and advanced analytics capabilities.Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and strategic insights.Deliver strong analytical insights to support functional leadership in critical decision-making.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThe Manager, Materials Operations Excellence will report to a Senior Manager of Materials Manufacturing. This role will be based in Taipei. You will collaborate with leaders across product engines within Materials Manufacturing and also work closely with Materials Sourcing, Materials Planning, Materials Costing, Vendor Operations, Tech and Commercial Data & Analytics.WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Operations Research, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.6+ years of experience in manufacturing, analytics, operations, or technology; experience in a leadership or managerial role will be a plus.Proven experience in leading data quality initiatives, reporting automation, and analytics transformation.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Smartsheet, SQL)Strong leadership, communication, presentation techniques and stakeholder management skills.Cultural awareness and a champion for diversity, inclusion, and belongingFlexibility to connect with teammates in various time zonesStrong written, verbal and visual communication skillsAbility to influence across functions and drive strategic initiatives.Ability to travel 5%
