Triumph is seeking a Digital Performance Manager to lead the charge in driving growth and profitability across our online channels in Taiwan. This role sits at the intersection of media strategy, e-commerce, and analytics, and is ideal for someone passionate about performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.Digital Performance Manager, TaiwanKey Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across platforms (Google, Meta, LINE, programmatic).
  • Allocate media budgets to balance brand awareness and conversion goals.
Campaign Management
  • Manage daily performance marketing activities including setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to refine creatives, targeting, and bidding.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
  • Analyze KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, CPM) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Build dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work cross-functionally with e-commerce, content, CRM, design, and IT teams.
  • Partner with media agencies for campaign execution and strategic support.
Technical Setup & Tracking
  • Ensure accurate tracking via GTM, pixels, and UTM parameters.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues with IT/data teams.
Reporting & Forecasting
  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Forecast campaign outcomes using historical data and market trends.
Key Missions:
  • Recover profitability for eTailers by reducing discount dependency and improving campaign efficiency.
  • Accelerate growth for Owned E-Commerce (OEC) through high-impact media and conversion strategies.
  • Enhance paid media ROI through smarter budget allocation and creative testing.
  • Strengthen online margins and competitiveness against aggressive low-price players.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in digital performance marketing, ideally in fashion, retail, and/or e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of Taiwan’s digital media landscape, e-commerce platforms (eg Momo, Shopee, Amazon, etc), and consumer behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Mandarin is essential. English proficiency to collaborate with regional counterparts.
