- Formulate and execute business strategies, with a focus on Industrial Vision and Industrial Chamber Control.
- Drive the development and integration of user-centric solutions into the business strategy.
- Conduct market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and manage channels, fostering an Industrial Vision ecosystem.
- Enhance user engagement within the Industrial Vision ecosystem through strategic initiatives.
- Plan product roadmaps aligned with user needs and market demands.
- Implement lifecycle management strategies that prioritize user satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and manage sales funnels with a user-centric approach.
- Implement strategies to optimize each stage of the user journey.
- Oversee the management of ODM/OEM/JDM projects with a strong emphasis on user requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs are met throughout project development.
- Lead and manage teams, including Product Service Management (PSM), Project Management (PM), Marketing, and Account Executives (AE).
- Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes user satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in either Machine Vision, Robotic Vision, or Industrial Chamber, with a demonstrated track record of successful implementations and projects.
- Showcase a leadership journey with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams, managing a team size of at least 8 members. Demonstrate the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
- Hold a Master's degree or above with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering. This educational foundation ensures a comprehensive understanding of the technical and strategic aspects essential for this role.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of the Industrial Automation market and its diverse range of products. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Showcase a commitment to a user-centric approach in sales and marketing strategies, ensuring that product development and business initiatives align with user needs and expectations.
- Demonstrate a strategic mindset and the ability to contribute to the development and execution of business strategies, particularly in the fields of Industrial Vision and Industrial Chamber Control.
- Prove proficiency in project management, particularly in the areas of ODM/OEM/JDM projects. Showcase the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within scope, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
- Exhibit a commitment to ongoing professional development and learning, staying informed about the latest advancements in Machine Vision, Robotic Vision, and Industrial Automation.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes team management, client interactions, and internal collaboration.
