- Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating
- service work timeline and expectations.
- Performing field service tasks, identifies technical issues, and performs analysis through remote or on-site
- activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform
- Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts, and equipment are
- available and of appropriate quality for service activities
- Planning and executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensures the job is done on time and as per quality standards
- Identifying improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the ways of working
- Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requests proactive corrective actions, and makes
- recommendations to avoid such issues in the future
- Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative
- Bachelor or above Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years working experience in electrification
- Class C Industrial/Commercial Wiring Certificates or above preferred (丙種工業/室內配線佳)
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (Chinese) and English
- English score over TOEIC 550
