- Work closely and support experienced Recruitment Consultants for end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job ads posting, CV screening, candidate sourcing, profile formatting, interview arrangement and candidate onboarding.
- Manage candidates and ensure the best qualified candidates are presented to the clients.
- Explore and manage effective recruitment channels to build talent pipeline for the business.
- Responsible for market research for specific industries for business development.
- Responsible for input candidate information in internal system.
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience who want to start the career in recruitment.
- Passionate and interested to work with people.
- Proactive, self-driven and with good learning agility.
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadline and cope with fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
