We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales with strong leadership capabilities and an extensive professional network across enterprise and government sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing national sales operations, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our solutions are positioned as the preferred choice in key markets.Key Responsibilities - 拓展與維護大型企業客戶關係,建立長期合作夥伴關係
Develop and nurture strategic relationships with large enterprise clients to drive long-term business partnerships.
- 規劃與執行政府及教育單位標案策略,確保投標流程專業與高效率
Lead and manage bidding strategies with public sector and educational institutions, ensuring smooth execution and high win rates.
- 管理並提升關鍵客戶(Key Accounts)的滿意度、合作深度與商機貢獻
Oversee key account management by enhancing customer satisfaction, business engagement, and revenue contribution.
- 負責台灣區整體業務策略與營運計畫,確保與全球策略方向一致
Define and execute Taiwan’s sales strategy aligned with global corporate goals.
- 領導業務團隊(北中南區及國際合作區),確保年度業績與指標達成
Lead regional and cross-border sales teams to achieve annual revenue targets and performance KPIs.
- 負責營運目標與損益(P&L)管理,定期審視並優化營運效率
Own P&L accountability and continuously optimize operational effectiveness and business profitability.
- 建立高效業務流程與制度,強化團隊績效與客戶回應速度
Implement scalable sales processes and best practices to enhance team productivity and responsiveness.
- 與產品、行銷、客服、技術團隊緊密合作,回饋市場聲音、調整產品與市場策略
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide customer and market feedback, supporting agile product and GTM (Go-to-Market) alignment.
- 建立團隊發展計畫與績效管理機制,推動人才培育與接班梯隊
Develop and implement talent development and succession planning programs to strengthen team capabilities.Qualifications - 10 年以上 B2B 科技產業業務經驗,6 年以上中高階主管經驗
Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B technology sales with 6+ years in a senior leadership role.
- 熟悉企業 IT 架構、解決方案導入、採購決策流程
Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, solution integration, and corporate procurement processes.
- 曾帶領 10 人以上團隊,具備績效導向與組織管理經驗
Proven experience managing sales teams of 10+ members with a performance-driven mindset.
- 熟悉標案流程、政府機關合作與市場拓展操作流程
Familiarity with tendering procedures and public sector/government partnership development.
- 具備策略規劃能力、分析與解決問題能力
Strong strategic planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- 能跨部門協作,具備高效溝通與談判能力
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
- 具備國際市場視野與英文溝通能力
Global business perspective and professional proficiency in English.
- 有 DevOps、生態系統合作或 SaaS 解決方案經驗者佳
Experience with DevOps, ecosystem partnerships, or SaaS-based solutions is a plus.Preferred Background - 曾任職於 Dell、EMC、NetApp、Microsoft、IBM、HP 等全球科技領導企業者優先
Prior experience with leading tech companies such as Dell, EMC, NetApp, Microsoft, IBM, or HP is highly preferred.
