- Oversee full HR functions with the objectives of attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining talents to align with business strategy and best practices
- Plan and review yearly compensation & benefits programs including annual salary review, budgeting, and salary survey.
- Drive BU's HR activities: strategic workforce planning, local recruitment, org design, change management, performance management, people development, succession planning, hi-po development, off-boarding, and compliance with HR policies.
- Propose, formulate, and implement HR frameworks and initiatives in support of the business growth and organizational transformation initiatives alongside North Asia HR
- Provide professional guidance and coaching to the senior management team in handling HR-related issues in their respective divisions/departments.
- Ensure all HR activities at BU level are aligned and in compliance with HR policies
- Manage and cultivate HR Business Partner relationships with BUs, connecting managers and employees with appropriate HR Resources.
- Develop and implement HR policies, practices and employment contracts and programs whilst ensuring local laws compliance.
- Manage local benefits by local governance, and ensure labor & wage law practices are accurately applied
- Execute required due diligence and integration activities related to mergers, acquisitions & divestitures
- Manage local temporary staff hiring and contract management in collaboration with the HR executive
- Oversee the HR Team's resourcing, scope of work, compliance and HR objectives
- Lead, coach and develop HR team members for operational excellence and work engagement
- Review monthly Flash report for HR and Payroll
- Complete all regional reports before the deadline
- Complete all HR reporting as necessary
- Complete any reporting as requested by Bollore Logistics management in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to maintain and reinforce good communication with all stakeholders and employees
- Plan and coordinate administrate procedures, activities, and processes.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, make sure the purchasing is within budget, and control overhead expenses.
- Relevant HR/Business tertiary qualifications
- At least 5-8 years of experience in a HR business partnering role in a fast-paced multicultural MNC environment
- Knowledge of Logistics/Transportation and/or Supply Chain industry will be an added advantage
- Well-versed in the Taiwanese Labor Law
- Strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize and delegate
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly adaptable and versatile
- Strong business acumen and ability to look at broad perspectives
