• Business Acumen and Decision Support:

• Translate financial data into actionable insights that drive performance and growth within the BOSC segment.
• Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve value creation within the assigned business group.
• Partner with the BOSC management team to provide financial guidance and support strategic decision-making, including mergers, acquisitions, and other new business ventures.
• Financial Analysis and Efficiency:

• Implement strategies to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance team, fostering a culture of innovation and challenging the status quo.
• Conduct financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance monitoring to support strategic initiatives within the BOSC segment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data improvement and ensure reliable information for informed decision-making.
• Plant Finance and Operations:

• Provide financial expertise and support to plant operations and supply chain activities, including asset safeguarding, reporting, and analysis.
• Coordinate with the FinOps team on accounting processes related to inventory costing and fixed assets.
• Lead the identification and execution of value creation opportunities within plant operations.
• Analyze cost drivers and return on capital expenditure (CAPEX) to optimize manufacturing costs and maximize value creation.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant finance role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and process optimization
