Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)EDUCATION:

Bachelor/ Master of IE, BA, Science or related fields
IE skills, quality tools trained

WORK EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of experience as production supervisors, IE engineer, or production engineers
3+ years of people manager's experience
