The Head of PrimeServ Sales leads after-sales business for Marine and Power segments in Taiwan. This leadership role is responsible for achieving order intake goals, managing a team of sales managers and coordinators, and executing business strategies aligned with MAN and Omnicare portfolios. The role involves P&L accountability, budget forecasting, commercial negotiations, cross-functional leadership, and the development of long-term service agreements. The candidate will strengthen MAN’s market presence in Taiwan, maintain strong client relationships, promote digital and retrofit solutions, and coordinate closely with product centers. This position requires both technical and commercial acumen, proven sales leadership experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English.
