- Lead the deployment and integration of a CMMS/EAM system across facilities.
- Develop and maintain system architecture to support seamless tracking of assets, work orders, and maintenance history.
- Configure system functionalities to align with business needs and industry best practices.
- Train maintenance teams and relevant stakeholders on system usage and best practices.
- Establish a structured approach to asset tracking and lifecycle management within the CMMS/EAM.
- Develop processes to ensure accurate spare parts inventory tracking and procurement efficiency.
- Implement reporting and analytics tools to monitor asset performance, maintenance trends, and cost controls.
- Design and implement workflows for preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Standardize maintenance job planning, execution, and completion tracking within the CMMS/EAM.
- Collaborate with maintenance leadership to refine data-driven decision-making and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain work permit, compliance, and safety documentation processes within the system.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Finance, and Procurement, to align system capabilities with business needs.
- Identify opportunities for automation and integration with existing operational systems.
- Regularly assess system performance and drive enhancements to improve user experience and data accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement in system utilization and maintenance execution.
- 5+ Years of experience in CMMS/EAM implementation, program management, or maintenance operations.
- Strong understanding of asset management principles, maintenance workflows, and spare parts tracking.
- Experience in configuring and optimizing CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix, UpKeep, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in reporting tools and maintenance analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Experience in large-scale fulfillment, logistics, or industrial facility operations.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Background in IT systems integration, API utilization, or enterprise software deployment.
