Debt Consultant (Non-employee, Contractor position)

• Client acquisition for nonrecourse collateralized stock loan transactions around the world.
• Work in the securities industries for a period of years.
• Establish a substantial contact list of individuals and entities that may be holding large blocks of publicly-traded stock.
• Reach out to contacts and establish new relationships to identify prospective borrowers for Dominion’s very favorable loan program.
• Assist the stockholder at all phases of the application process.

• Ability to source business within Dominion’s deal parameters.
• Aptitude to identify, solicit, establish, develop, and manage new client relationships.
• Capability to manage the day-to-day client experience, collaborating closely with Dominion team members.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to read and write in English to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high touch, client-focused mindset.
