Key Responsibilities:Manage daily cash transactions, cash flow reports (actuals & forecasts), and bank reconciliationsMonitor operational loans and ensure no cash flow gaps in business operationsHandle duty payments and coordinate with banks for guarantee renewals and duty clearanceMaintain internet and firm banking payment processes, including urgent paymentsSupport corporate credit card administrationPrepare cash flow forecasts and other treasury-related reports as required by local and HQ finance teamsProvide support during audits and tax-related reviewsAssist Finance Manager/Director with ad-hoc assignmentsRequirements:5+ years of treasury or finance-related experienceProficiency in SAP/ERP systems and banking platformsStrong command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesGood communication skills in English and MandarinPreferred background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldThis is a full-time position based in Taipei.
