• Track Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis against MTD target v/s achievement.
• Initiate monthly performance review with Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) to closely monitor and feedback agencies’ performance and ensure agencies’ behavior complied to SLA and regulation requirements.
• Perform on site check on DCAs by conducting site-visits on a semi-annual basis; Perform annual review on the agencies i.e. Financial & reputations; information security & control; on-site review results, service level & yearly performance.
• Visiting DCAs to drive collections & ensure assigned targets are achieve.
• The Associate and Senior Associate of collection will be responsible for implementing the business plan regarding recovery performance and legal in collection DCA channel. He / she needs to ensure operational goals / metrics are achieved or exceeded and that all collection activities are conducted in compliance with regional guidelines and local regulations.
• The key function for the Associate and Senior Associate of collection is to lead collection DCAs recovery to ensure all application progress complied regulation requirement.
• Escalate on timely basis significant risk issues to stakeholder and manager for taking appropriate remedial actions

• Strong project management skills. Extensive experience on project implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience working as a Collections leader / manager.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with state debt collection laws.
• Knowledge of payment plans and legal law.
• Knowledge of office and software if have.
• Patience and resilience.
