We're looking for an experienced Game Product Manager to lead the planning and design of backend product features for a company in the iGaming industry. This role requires strong system thinking, project oversight, and collaboration across teams to build scalable and efficient backend solutions that support immersive game operations.Job Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis & Product Strategy: Gather and analyze needs across departments, define backend product objectives, and create a feature roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Product Solution Design: Develop comprehensive product requirement documents (PRD), user flows, system architecture plans, and interface prototypes to guide technical development.
- Project Definition & Delivery Oversight: Define project scope, prioritize features, plan release milestones, and work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Version Planning & Iteration: Manage release schedules, collect and analyze user feedback and data, and lead continuous improvements in backend performance and usability.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Serve as the product owner, aligning stakeholders, designers, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution and informed decision-making.
- Market & Competitive Research: Stay current with industry trends and backend system innovations to inform strategic product enhancements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in backend/platform product planning, ideally in the gaming or iGaming sector.
- iGaming Experience is needed.
- Strong system thinking and ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product solutions.
- Proficient in tools such as Axure, Figma, or Sketch for documentation and prototyping.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks, with the ability to define project plans and monitor execution.
- Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of data interpretation to support product decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage for internal communication
