- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquires.
- Make sure customer demand reflected correctly and accuracy. Order entry and maintenance managed properly.
- Ensure on time delivery support, proactively try all possibilities to close supply gaps.
- Work independently but closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Proactive focus on Revenue, Forecasting, Pricing management and overall operational management.
- The agile problem solvers, providing a helping hand to our Customers and Sales.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Participate in account business reviews with both internal and external stakeholders, understand business and has contributions from Customer Account Specialist perspective during the review.
- Data analysis provider that empower for sales team with valuable insights to help sales growth revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Logistic , or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skill.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Familiar with Power BI will be preferred.
