• Lead and manage VM team on VM activities and schedule to ensure work efficiency and best quality of visual display for all channels.
• Communicate with corporate head office and GC VMD on display and visual merchandising directions.
• Develop VM strategies based on local needs and in line with corporate standard to support the business.
• Lead VM team to ensure the key elements of the merchandise and operation strategies are translated into exciting, visual presentations, in keeping with the brand's image, regional guidelines and corporate standards.
• Work with Store Managers, Merchandising Team and the VM Team to plan and implement creative seasonal visual presentation for stores and windows, based on the merchandising assortment and store profile in compliance with the corporate guidelines.
• Review display set up and provide constructive feedback in order to ensure the highest
• VM standard to maintain brand consistency.
• Proactively take responsibility to work with Retail Team, Merchandising Team, CE Team and other departments to propose and plan VM concept (or site constructions for offsite events) and direction for store opening, events & any special projects.
• VM budget control

• At least 2 years leadership for visual merchandising team in any industry
• At least 3 years around working experience for visual merchandiser in luxury fashion industry
• High EQ in cross functional, cross regional communications and consolidation reporting

• Rare visual merchandising leadership role in Taiwan luxury market
