2. Collect and review market information to determine customer needs, volume potential, competitor price intelligence and other necessary information to help company develop right business strategy for Taiwan market.
3. Build up and keep long-term business relationship with key stakeholders in OEM accounts, for example: R&D team, project leader, business unit leader, purchasing, quality etc.
4. Understand and proficiently use consultative solution sales skills
5. Focus on the looking-forward applications in terms of technology evolution trend ,identify the customer's potential needs & pains ,work closely with product & marketing team in China.
6. Actively Involve in the discussion of new product development and responsible for promotion of new product launching per market sector in Taiwan.
7. Assistant on samples validation at customer site by working with product design and project team.
8. Participate in the technical workshop, product seminar with customers
9. In charge of technical training for OEM accounts and distributors.
10. Can use CRM tool to manage accounts and daily work in efficient way.
11. Achieve assigned annual sales target
12. Other work assignments by the company.工作地點：基隆/台北,桃園/新竹/苗栗薪 資：面議專長條件：KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
1. A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical design, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing engineering or automation. MBA degree preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years OEM/ODM sales or marketing experience in solution sales focusing on Taiwan IT OEM/ODM industry. Preferred having high-level connections with key OEM/ODM accounts in Taiwan.
3. Must have a moderate level of technical aptitude to be able to effectively communicate with customers
4. Must be fluent in English language skills.SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Strong analytical skills;
2. Proficiency with standard office PC software;
3. Strong communication skill
4. Able to use CAD computer software if possible;
5. Good English level both in oral and written English;
