
Partner Sales Manager - Cybersecurity

- Collaborate with partners to generate demand and identify new sales opportunities (e.g., co-developing proposals, hosting customer events).
- Analyze product competitiveness and relay partner feedback to the product development team.
- Monitor market trends and provide data-driven insights to refine partner strategies.
- Expand the partner ecosystem by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners.
- Develop and implement tailored partner strategies by region and industry (e.g., financial services, public sector).
- Set and manage annual and quarterly revenue goals for partners, with clear execution plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to strengthen partner relationships.
- Organize product, technical, and sales training programs for partners.
- Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives (e.g., webinars, seminars, trial programs) and support the creation of marketing materials.
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, and technical support to address partner needs.
- Align with global partner programs to ensure regional implementation of standard practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security sales.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and government agencies in Taiwan.
- Native proficiency in Mandarin; fluent in English.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership.
