- Technical Support: Providing 24/7 technical support to address and resolve any equipment issues.
- System Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and maintenance of automation control systems and M&E equipment.
- Training: Conducting training sessions for customers and technicians on product operation and maintenance.
- Project Management: Managing improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and reliability of production machines.
- Assist in designing, installing, and maintaining automation control systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and automation systems to minimize downtime.
- Conduct diagnostics, calibration, and performance testing on control equipment.
- Support system integration and commissioning of electrical control panels and circuits.
- Maintain and update technical documentation related to automation systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and clients to improve system efficiency.
- Provide on-site technical support and emergency troubleshooting when required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards during installations and maintenance.
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Fresh graduates with minimum 6 months experience in knowledge of control systems are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software.
- Ability to work in shifts and travel to customer sites when necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork attitude.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
