- Collaborate with the area sales team to develop customer-centric solutions catered for each verticals and sales transformations such as IEM, OEM and Distribution.
- Support in bundling sales options, Service offerings, Inverter, Sensors etc.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and evaluate new market opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industrial partners and key accounts (KA).
- Participate in industry events and forums locally to enhance the company's presence and influence. Support internal external trainings of product, application, service offerings etc.
- Monitor and drive the achievement of REEP2 targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies and initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and performance.
- Serve as a technical/commercial expert in the area, providing technical (E& iSolutions/One Offerings) and commercial (account/market development) support to other sales colleagues in Taiwan
- Work with regional and global Industry Division Product and Application managers and team in Solution and Marketing to identify and develop new markets, products, and applications to expand the range of all Grundfos products and services, which will benefit middle to long term business development.
- Identify and exploit opportunities to implement Value Added Services.
- Responsible for Energy Optimization services throughout Taiwan, supporting the sales team to achieve our sustainability targets i.e. REEP2.
- Co-work with Marketing to design and implement Key Account marketing plans in line with vertical development strategy and sales transformation.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager that is commensurate with the position
- Proven results on successful Key Account Management
- Proven record of cross-functional team leadership and passion as a Technical Expertise/Support in a local as well as regional environment
- Qualification in business or engineering related discipline
- Understanding of PLC panel, electromechanical, hydraulics concepts
- Understanding of the area customers' profile, business/commercial strategies
- Market and industry knowledge
