- Strategizing, managing and supporting end-to-end planning, execution and optimization of marketing campaigns and initiatives with the objective of increasing lead volume, conversion and revenue.
- Driving brand awareness of Crimson’s services and products through cross-channel branding initiatives.
- Managing and growing Crimson’s following on social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LINE and YouTube to drive digital presence.
- Overseeing marketing, press and business development events, both online and in person, to funnel quality leads into sales pipeline.
- Working closely with digital team to tailor online content (copies, creatives, landing page and EDM content) to achieve targeted ROAS.
- Working in partnership with design team to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all public-facing print, digital and video assets.
- Implementing website management and SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Identifying partnership opportunities with schools and other corporate partners to increase brand visibility.
- Monitoring leads and conversion results across all revenue-generating channels (paid, owned and earned) with weekly/monthly progress reporting on lead behavior and experience.
- Liaising with global and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact of all marketing initiatives.
- Leading recruitment, training and management of team members to ensure optimal results are delivered and that the team is working cohesively together.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
- 2-7 years of prior experience in areas of marketing, communications, public relations, branding or partnerships, depending on role applied.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese and ability to speak these languages idiomatically—strong command of writing in both English and Chinese is required.
- Experience in content strategy, digital marketing, social media, event planning and management, partnerships, public relations and SEO.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform marketing planning and strategies.
