- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key clients in the luxury segment.
- Understand clients' preferences, needs, and purchasing behaviors to provide personalized services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products to existing clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Utilize market insights to adjust strategies and offerings to meet evolving customer demands.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the luxury brand with sophistication and embodying its values.
- Enhance brand image and awareness through positive client interactions and participation in relevant events.
- Plan and execute exclusive events, experiences, and initiatives for high-value clients to strengthen relationships and foster brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of VIP services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and ensure a unified approach.
- Provide guidance and support to junior client development staff.
- Analyze client data, purchase history, and feedback to derive insights and inform decision-making.
- Generate regular reports on client engagement, sales performance, and key performance indicators.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of luxury market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to anticipate shifts in the market.
- Develop and manage budgets for client development initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Over 10 years working experience focusing on retail / marketing on client experience events & gifting
- Fluent English is a must, conversational above level of French/Italian could be an additional point
- Interpersonal skills, collaborating with retail, merchandising, communications, training and regional teams
