• Enable Retail District Manager / Unit Manager for retail business delivery, SA (retail staff) management, and TTT (Train the Trainer) realization.

• Influential business leaders must be good at strategic thinking.
• Support the team in building long-term relationships, leveraging the different stakeholders.
• Upgrade the shopping environment to drive up consumer SOE (Surprise of Experience).
• Good collaborative skills and experience with a can-do attitude.

• +10 years experience in Retail management
• Leadership with strong influence power and passion for winning
• Retail / Apparel industry experience is a plus
• Fluency in English
