- Lead sales initiatives across Taiwan, achieving ambitious targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Inspire and manage local distributors-develop marketing and training plans, lead quarterly business reviews, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify new market channels, optimize 4PL performance, and ensure seamless product availability and service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with KOLs and decision-makers, support clinical cases, and deliver exceptional service with a patient-first mindset.
- Partner with marketing, clinical, and regional teams to drive innovative strategies and differentiate our client in a competitive landscape.
- 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, ideally in cardiac or vascular surgery.
- Proven success in distributor management and channel development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to forecast, plan, and execute growth strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences preferred).
- Energetic, self-driven, and passionate about making a difference in healthcare.
- Willingness to travel across Taiwan and engage directly with customers and partners.
