Foster positive relationships with partners across all OMT modules, divisions, OCT, and R&D engineering teams. Support continuous improvement efforts through Maintenance Optimization Plans, including SOPs, Manuals, Equipment Performance, Business Processes, and BKMs. Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise team members. M.S. or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Productions & Operations Management, or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years' experience in WET. At least 3 years' experience as a leader or manager. Proven ability to partner successfully with other groups and build strong peer relationships. Ability to motivate and challenge teams to improve organizational efficiency. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills. Strong negotiation skills with a creative approach to influencing others. Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and analytical skills to drive strategic direction.
