Support continuous improvement through Maintenance Optimization Plans, including SOPs, Manuals, Equipment Performance, and Business Processes. Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise team members. M.S. or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field. At least 5 years' experience in CMP. At least 3 years' experience as a leader or manager. Proven ability to partner successfully with various groups and build strong peer relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and analytical skills.
