- Leadership with 1-3 members; Report to top management in local and APAC cluster
- Drive and oversee the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for the tactical horizon (3 to 24 months).
- Ensure alignment of capacity and resources with the demand plan, while fostering customer relationships and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Supervise the timely implementation of Life Cycle projects, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage the Taiwan Supply Chain team.
- Establish an optimal Master Production Schedule (MPS), determine production volumes, and allocate resources for the tactical horizon.
- Ensure customer visibility into the supply plan, monitor delivery commitments, and coordinate action plans for resource constraints.
- Manage reporting for supply Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), uphold SKU inventories, and confirm supply orders and production orders.
- Enhance knowledge of processes and SAP, integrate and reconcile activities between Global SC operation and Finance.
- Monitor, control, and enhance SC processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, provide support to the regional logistics function, and align the MPS with the production plan.
- Facilitate Supply Review Meetings, Monthly Demand Review Meetings, and spearhead the implementation of Life Cycle projects.
- Over 10+ years in Supply Chain Function, exp. with imported FMCG, Healthcare, Retail products are preferred
- Exp. with at least 3+ years in solid mentorship/ leadership
- Potential readiness in regulatory, such as stakeholder model in TFDA
