JOB DESCRIPTIONWhat You'll DoYou'll play a leading role in driving and project handling the ramp and readiness of Silicon One's (NPI) portfolio through collaboration with various functions including engineering, manufacturing operations, supplier management, planning and fulfillment operations, finance.
  • Prepares the supply chain and handles a ramp plan to ensure continuity of material supply and delivery between proto and early production
  • Develop a silicon demand supply plan: supply-demand balancing; supply availability; allocation management; delivery performance; upside flexibility investments.
  • Identify and communicate supply chain disruptions to internal cross-functional groups as needed and work toward a resolution
  • Drive production test capacity planning in both NPI and Sustaining phase of the lifecycle
  • Work closely with suppliers and foundry partners to ensure vendor delivery compliance.
  • Ensure timely manufacturing execution for back-end material starts based on the build plan to meet order promise dates for customer shipments.
Who You AreYou're an analytical problem solver, and have a successful track record of engaging with cross functional teams across multiple geographic theaters and can thrive in a highly dynamic cross functional team. Extensive understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures from the semiconductor industry. Comfortable working with highly skilled guides across key semiconductor manufacturing engineering domains.Minimum Qualification For This Role
  • 12 +years of experience and success in NPI supply chain project management.
  • BS degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
  • Possess deep knowledge of New Product Introduction lifecycle management and supply chain management requirements at each stage of the development and manufacturing process cycle.
  • Experience with end-to-end supply-demand planning (including co-planning with suppliers, logistics process and planning for semiconductor products or equivalent domain.
  • Excellent knowledge of demand & supply planning, manufacturing execution, logistics processes, planning systems and BOM.
  • Passion for working with data, performing data analysis, and have validated experience with sophisticated Excel features.
  • Possess excellent, interpersonal and communication skills with preparing presentations (i.e. PowerPoint), and have knowledge of collaboration tools such as Cisco WebEx and MS Office suite of apps (i.e. OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint), or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP.

For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
