- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and report EHS metrics, driving performance improvements.
- Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects
- Experience in EPC, Construction company or company with site setup project is a must.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of fostering a safety-first culture
- In-depth knowledge of local and international EHS regulations and standards
- Proficient in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
