  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by balancing volume and pricing targets with production capacity to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Improve profitability through deep understanding of manufacturing costs and identifying opportunities to reduce direct and indirect costs, enhance reliability, and improve product quality.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for large-scale projects or complex supply challenges.
  • Maintain a strategic view of the competitive landscape and proactively address portfolio gaps to strengthen market position.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, quality, commercial, sourcing, supply chain) to develop and enhance product offerings.
  • Define raw material strategies in partnership with R&D, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to mitigate risks related to cost and availability.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the material industry, with exposure to product management, commercial roles, or related functions. Existing network in PCB or semiconductor packaging is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving clear goals.
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making agility.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working across functions with diverse perspectives.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and networking skills; fluent in English (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, partner facilities, and internal locations as needed; flexibility to support global teams across time zones.
