- To perform the role of a senior management team member, taking responsibility for the growth, profitability, and sustainability of the business unit through leadership, new business development, client management, and service delivery.
- Advise at a strategic level during the project conception stage, including providing guidance on different approaches to successfully achieve the client's overall objectives.
- Coordinate the strategic and operational management of project management.
- Lead the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
- Plan for and manage ongoing quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.
- Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
- Ensure the production of a detailed project plan.
- Monitor and advise on project finances.
- Perform the role of the Commission Manager, taking overall responsibility for end-to-end service delivery of commissions of varying sizes and complexities.
- Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
- Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.
- Act as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.
- Develop priority plans, including risk mitigation, performance measurements, management controls, and critical success factors.
- Manage project management and related activities, ensuring effective client and consultant communication, analysis, and cost advice at all stages.
- 擔任高階管理團隊成員,負責業務單位的成長、盈利和長期可持續性的發展,透過領導團隊、開發新業務、客戶關係管理及服務交付優化達成目標。
- 於專案構思階段提供策略層級建議,包含指導採用不同方法以確保達成客戶整體目標。統籌協調專案管理的策略規劃與營運執行。
- 負責訂定專案整體成功標準,涵蓋時程管控、成本控制、技術規範與性能參數等關鍵要素。全面規劃並持續管理品質、工安、衛生與環保等相關事宜。
- 建立完善的專案管控架構、標準作業流程與作業系統,落實環安衛管理(品質、工安、職業健康與環保合規)。負責編製詳細的專案執行計畫,同時監控專案財務狀況並提供專業建議。
- 擔任專案全週期管理的角色,統籌從規劃到結案的整體執行。領導並協調跨功能專案團隊運作,透過定期會議與書面報告,確保專案資訊於團隊與客戶間有效流通。
- 擔任客戶對口窗口,提供專業加值服務協助客戶達成目標。制定優先行動計畫,包含風險緩解對策、績效評估機制、管理控制措施與關鍵成功因素。
- 全面管理專案及相關活動,確保於各階段實現客戶與顧問間的有效溝通,並提供專業分析與成本建議。
- Construction-related degree (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent.
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in construction and project management.
- Have led large commercial/office building projects from feasibility to successful handover.
- Have worked on behalf of and represented international clients.
- Confidence to lead project teams with strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and working proactively and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Professional accreditations and associations such as PMI, RICS, etc.
- Competent in using the Microsoft suite of software, including Project, Office, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- 建築相關學位(如專案管理、建築管理、設計、工程等)或同等學歷。
- 至少15年建築及專案管理經驗。
- 曾主導大型商業/辦公大樓專案,從可行性研究到成功交付的全週期管理。
- 具備國際客戶專案管理工作經驗。
- 具備領導專案團隊的信心,並擁有流利的英文及中文溝通與簡報能力。
- 擁有在快節奏環境中工作、按時完成任務的實績,並能主動積極地與團隊協作。
- 持有專業認證或協會資格(如PMI、RICS等)。
- 熟練使用Microsoft系列軟體,包括Project、Office、SharePoint、Teams等。
