- Opportunity to lead marketing efforts across Asia for a rapidly growing BU.
- With a broad product line-up including Ethernet, Storage, Wi-Fi, MoCA, and G.hn.
- Lead regional marketing efforts to drive revenue across APAC.
- Collaborate with sales and corporate marketing to expand market share in Ethernet, Storage, Wi-Fi, MoCA, and G.hn product segments.
- Work with local sales and channel partners to build and manage opportunity funnels that support long-term growth.
- Develop strategic customer insights and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
- Partner with corporate marketing to define product roadmaps tailored to regional market needs.
- Coordinate with Applications Engineering and Marcom to develop tools and documentation that enhance product value.
- Support sales enablement through product training and execution of product line strategies.
- Drive design wins and manage associated revenue forecasts.
- Lead product launch initiatives including positioning, collateral, and presentations.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitive dynamics to inform product strategies.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly financial and supply forecasts.
- Support field teams in achieving quarterly revenue targets with major accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Ethernet, Storage, Wi-Fi, MoCA, and G.hn technologies.
- Experience in driving mass-market products through channel partners.
- Ability to analyze regional market dynamics and product performance.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and influence without formal authority.
- Background in Ethernet switches, gateways, servers, storage, and industrial applications.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field + 11 years of experience, or Master's + 9 years, or Ph.D. + 6 years.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
