Our team is dedicated to managing Intel lab at Taiwan site, focusing on enhancing lab operations through process automation and seamless data integration across various systems. We oversee personnel access, ensure compliance with EHS standards, and monitor space usage rates. Our responsibilities encompass hardware management, including network connectivity, lab furnitures, and power sockets, as well as engineering sample bookkeeping, reconciliation, and overall lab asset management. By leveraging data-driven strategies, we aim to improve lab efficiency, optimize asset utilization, and manage hardware costs. We are committed to maintaining lab security, implementing safety standards, and providing continuous operational support to our lab workers through innovative solutions.Job Title: Lab Operations Network SpecialistRequirements:
- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while collaborating seamlessly with diverse team members.
- Innovative thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making abilities in dynamic environments.
- Strong proficiency in network connectivity concepts, particularly in routers and switches.
- Solid understanding of computer and network system operations, with knowledge of computer information security.
- Experience in maintaining network infrastructure information, including subnets, VLANs, and terminal outlet configurations.
- Skill-related certifications such as Cisco CCNA or ISO27001 are a plus.
1. Evaluate lab network demands and facilitate smooth communication with suppliers for quotation and construction discussion.
2. Support lab network connectivity and provide first level troubleshooting as needed.
3. Maintain lab network infrastructure information, including:
o Subnets and VLANs
o Terminal outlet configurations
4. Assign network switch resources to ensure optimal performance.
5. Implement strategies for risk mitigation to ensure lab security and compliance.
6. Provide consultation on policies to align lab operations with organizational standards.
7. Offer consultation on tools to optimize lab processes and enhance efficiency.
8. Conduct training and maintain communication with lab users to ensure adherence to security protocols.
