This role is for Taipei Circular Line Project.Purpose of the Job :

Plan and manage all Test & Commissioning activities for the project in support to the Project Manager ensuring application of the project’s strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional standards
Manage the T&C team
Collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied in lab and on field.

What are my responsibilities?

Responsible of the QCD commitment of the T&C Work Package
Pro-actively manages the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and the

external interfaces with Partners, third parties and Customers. * Deploys T&C process on the field and make sure it is applied by the T&C team within the project

Pro-actively manages internal interfaces with project engineering, installation and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties and Customers for T&C activities
Delivers T&C plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training of the T&C team.
Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics…
Ensures the EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports and anticipates issues
Manages the T&C team:

Ensures EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination
Trains and supports people in T&C activities
Participates to Subsystem Leader, Engineer and Technician assessment of competency

Manages the tools and organize accurate calibration
Anticipates issues and reports / alerts on a regular basis to the RC TCM and to the PM on progress, issues and risks on the project (EHS, T&C work, System delivery…)
Ensures that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context
Monitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package T&C as per customer and solution / system requirements
Issues the REX on T&C activities, and propose update / improvement of the T&C way of working / process / tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performance.

Ratio between V&V and T&C tests
Compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards
Quality of anticipation, monitoring and reporting.

What do I need to qualify for the job?

Any relevant engineering degree.
8+ Years experience in T&C, Sub system leader experience such as CBI, DCS, ATC, ATS in U400 solution.
Strong Technical experience in Brown field.
Team management experience is required.
Multiple years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects.
Experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives.
Deep knowledge of multiple subsystems + system global view.
Interface with customer or partners and internally V&V, Design, Installation stakeholders.
Previous team management experiences.
Knowledge of ALSTOM rules and processes.
Quality, EHS and Railway safety knowledge.
Should be Fluent in Chinese & English.
Candidate should be flexible with Night shifts.
