- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale programs and stakeholder relationships, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or payments sectors in Taiwan or APAC.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives at a regional and local level.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
- Deep understanding of Taiwan's financial regulatory environment, payment ecosystem, and local market nuances.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, interconnected programs aligned with regional strategic goals.
- Professional certifications such as PgMP, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
- Highly adaptable with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Provide strategic oversight and management of regional programs tailored to the Taiwan market, ensuring cohesive delivery aligned with local and regional business goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Taiwan, including financial institutions, government agencies, clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, including regular updates, expectation management, and strategic alignment at senior levels.
- Coordinate multiple project streams within the program to ensure they work synergistically to achieve overall objectives.
- Facilitate program governance processes, including planning, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and reporting to senior management.
- Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively across projects within the program.Monitor program performance, benefits realization, and societal impact, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Support and mentor project managers and team members working within the program.
- Advocate best practices in program management and stakeholder engagement specific to the Taiwanese financial ecosystem.
