As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.   • Lead planning, development and build execution for new product devices from prototype phase through final design. Drive daily and build meetings with the partners with a goal to build, test and ship engineering devices for development.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional teams during engineering prototype development builds on-site at location, while meeting schedule, cost, feature and quality requirements. Partner closely with the engineering, operations and manufacturing partner teams to ensure all design and build deliverables are met.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate focus points and next steps with engineering, vendors, operations, quality, and management.
  • Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution. Synthesize amounts of data into a story and communicate to stakeholders and organizations at all levels.
  • Improve and maintain processes that ensure team members have what they need to understand and execute.
