- Collaborate with global/regional IT groups to develop and maintain Site(s) IT architecture, ensuring seamless integration of project at a site(s) level. Lead and coordinate IT projects to integrate solutions on a site(s) level (e.g., Data/voice network, Servers, Cloud, Digital platform, Printing services & IT Applications).Drive business readiness and support deployment.
- Take full ownership of all IT services on sites, ensuring seamless operations. Enable businesses to perform their daily work, ensuring end users have an easy and effective user journey with IT. Monitor and manage user experience performance, including user satisfaction, usability, and accessibility.
- Build strong partnerships and collaboration with other IT groups to align IT policies, efficient resolutions and enhance user experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction covering all IT services and handle business escalations. Continuously improve reliability, availability, manageability, and security of all IT systems to enhance site customer satisfaction contributing to the regional level.
- Triage problems and resolutions on the site level across the IT organizational landscape. Manage IT incidents on the site level and cooperate with IT service teams & 3rd parties on RCA. Participate in the regional change advisory board and evaluate the change impact at the site level.
- Manage 3rd party suppliers on the local level and participate in auditing their performance. Ensure 3rd party suppliers can deliver IT service/solution to Dupont per service agreement.
- Have excellent relationship and organizational skills with the ability to create effective collaboration with business. Actively engage and leverage with various corporate groups such as business, security, function, etc., teams.
- Manage the operation working to meet or exceed team KPIs and targets. Apply ITIL and Lean principles to their respective supporting environments.
- University degree in an IT related field with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience in a large organization.•
- Experience handling IT service delivery in a large organization and delivering services and solutions with global/regional IT teams and external vendors.
- Experience handling end-user needs regarding personal computing, digital workplace and IT applications.
- Have a good overall understanding of IT as a whole and be able to effectively communicate IT concepts and manage expectations with the end-user community.
- Self-motivated and mature enough to manage key stakeholders and drive business value.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
