We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the technical management of a fleet of specialized marine assets. This role ensures operational performance, compliance, and safety standards are maintained across all vessels.Key Responsibilities:Supervise periodic maintenance, repairs, and dry dock activities to ensure vessels meet international standards and regulatory requirements.Monitor vessel performance, optimise technical operations, and drive cost-effective improvements.Lead the preparation of maintenance budgets, procurement of spare parts, and inventory management.Oversee documentation and compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.Act as a primary point of contact for contractors, surveyors, and stakeholders on technical and operational matters.Provide leadership and guidance to onboard engineers and support teams to achieve operational targets.Support risk assessment, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ideal Profile:Solid experience in marine engineering, fleet management, or technical superintendent roles.Familiarity with international conventions (ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL) and class requirements.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.Excellent Mandarin and English communication for technical reporting and stakeholder coordination. * Priority will be given to candidates holding Taiwanese nationality.
