- Manage full-cycle accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, month/year-end close).
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and group policies.
- Support audits, tax filings, and process improvements.
- Potential to supervise junior finance staff (depending on growth).
- Oversee office operations (vendor management, supplies, facilities).
- Act as a liaison for cross-functional support (HR, IT, logistics, etc.).
- Drive ad-hoc projects to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years in accounting/finance, with exposure to office administration.
- Advance skills in finance system and MS office; tech-savvy.
- Proactive, adaptable, and enjoys problem-solving across functions.
- Fluent in English.
