As Meta's datacenter infrastructure grows rapidly in scope and scale the increased technical complexity and velocity of new product introductions requires exceptional organization and integration of activities across numerous internal and external teams and manufacturing sites. Meta's Infrastructure organization is seeking a highly seasoned professional with a proven track record of consistently driving projects forward and identifying opportunities to increase impact. The ideal candidate is an experienced Technical Lead Manager of the New Product Introduction Operations team, who spends part of their time leading a Taipei-based Program Management team and the remainder managing New Product Introductions and process improvements related to New Product Introduction. The scope involves leading teams to navigate fast paced and ambiguous development environments, providing clarity and alignment on supply chain and material management risks, identifying critical paths and blockers, and driving successful on-time and on-quality delivery of Meta's highest-priority NPI AI/ML, compute, storage, rack power, thermal/cooling, & network hardware across our global data center footprint.
