This role is responsible for formulating brand strategy and driving the growth of a designated pharmaceutical product in Taiwan. The individual will evaluate market dynamics, pinpoint opportunities for expansion, and devise tailored initiatives to maximize brand potential within specific therapeutic areas.Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies grounded in in-depth insights into the market landscape, competitive environment, treatment protocols, and patient needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders—such as sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and market access—to effectively implement brand strategies and action plans.
- Assess and prioritize resource allocation to ensure efficient and impactful investment of promotional efforts.
- Guide the entire lifecycle of the product, from concept development through commercial launch and post-launch optimization.
- Gather and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor movements to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead product introduction strategies and ensure alignment across functions to support successful market entry and ongoing growth.
- Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, R&D, supply chain, and external partners to align goals and drive outcomes.
- Ensure all activities align with both local and global compliance and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate product performance against KPIs and adapt strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
- Proactively identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation plans throughout product development and commercialization.
- Provide relevant product knowledge and training support to sales representatives and other customer-facing teams.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure effective collaboration with external service providers and partners.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, business administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Ideal candidate with more than 8 years of experience, preferred Oncology, Urology, Immunology, or Cardiovascular therapeutic area with fluent English and regional/global exposure.
- Proven track record in product or brand management within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Familiarity with the drug development process, commercialization, and regulatory environment.
- Competence in interpreting data to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Capable of guiding cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across different functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with interpersonal effectiveness.
- Adept at identifying challenges and implementing strategic, sustainable solutions.
