- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for oncology brands, with a focus on BC.
- Design and execute integrated, omni-channel marketing initiatives that resonate with both healthcare professionals and patients.
- Monitor market dynamics, analyze business performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical experts, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop impactful promotional tools and training materials to support the field force and enhance brand messaging.
- Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
- Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in oncology marketing.
- Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics, policy, access, and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in new product launches, brand positioning, and cross-functional leadership.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, channel management, and value proposition development for self-paid medicines.
- Experience with specialty-based selling models and agile, customer-centric promotional approaches.
- Prior experience in the BC therapeutic area is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Professional fluency in English is essential.
