1. Business Planning & Strategy Development
- Lead the end-to-end annual and mid-term business planning process, translating strategic priorities into actionable and measurable plans
- Support the Consumer Banking leadership team in formulating and refining business strategies aligned with revenue growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and profitability targets
- Drive scenario planning and investment prioritization in collaboration with BU and SU teams
- Manage the Consumer Banking Group’s strategic scorecard, ensuring KPIs reflect both short-term priorities and long-term strategic goals
- Track and report performance across key dimensions and strategic initiative milestones
- Partner with Finance and Data Chapter teams to provide actionable insights to segment and product owners.
- Identify, assess, and negotiate strategic alliances, ecosystem partnerships, and third-party collaborations that
- Develop a framework for managing partnerships from sourcing to performance monitoring.
- Champion initiatives that extend the bank’s relevance into customers’ broader financial and lifestyle journeys
4. Growth & Cross-Buy Initiatives
- Work with segment, product, and distribution leaders to conceptualize and implement DVC2.0 and cross-buy programs that drive product penetration and share of wallet.
- Align initiatives with lifecycle and segment strategies, optimizing bundling, offer design, and channel execution.
- Measure performance impact on customer engagement and profitability.
- Incubate and drive new initiatives that address emerging trends, unmet needs, or operational efficiency opportunities.
- Serve as a catalyst for experimentation and pilot programs, ensuring scalability and commercial viability.
- Collaborate with Digital, Products and T&O teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and governance across planning, strategic initiatives, and partner development.
- Provide senior management with high-quality decision support materials, including strategic presentations, initiative tracking dashboards, and business reviews.
- Ensure consistent communication and visibility of strategic priorities across internal stakeholders.
- 10+ years in Consumer Banking, Fintech, financial services strategy, business planning, or transformation roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience in strategic planning, performance management, and developing or managing partnerships
- Strong analytical, financial, and business case development skills. P&L ownership experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional collaboration and stakeholders at all levels.
