  • Manage all HR shared services, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, and data management.
  • Support and work with ad hoc on overtime pay calculation for eligible employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborating with the HR team and stakeholders to develop and implement agile HR policies and procedures that meet the evolving needs of our company.
  • Collaborate with HRBP/Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, selecting candidates, and managing onboarding.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure that all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date, leveraging technology to streamline the hiring process.
  • Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including
  • performance management, employee relations, and training and development, with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Ensure that all HR data is accurate and up-to-date in the system, leveraging data and analytics to drive HR decision-making.
  • Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices to ensure that they are agile, scalable, and aligned with the company’s mission, value, culture, and career growth internally.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of HR experience in tech-driven environments.
  • Strong tech-savvy with a passion for optimizing HR processes.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced, changing settings.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive champion of process improvement, guiding cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.
