
Senior Consultant, Presales

- Enable sales growth through the AVEVA by driving revenue by qualifying leads
- Communicating the value proposition of our solutions to prospects or partners, at presentations, industry events, and seminars
- Contributing to the planning, creation, development, and delivery of demonstrations that prove the value of our solutions
- Engaging prospects to understand their specific needs and problems, and contributing to the development of appropriate technical solutions
- Understand the AVEVA portfolio and how to position it
- Support proof of concepts and/or pilots
- Contribute to the definition of standardization
- Obtain and maintain the customer’s confidence and respect as the technical solution expert
- Bachelor's Degree in related major
- Typically, 5 years of experience with AVEVA software products, and 2-5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Presales or Business Development
- Significant practical experience of the implementation of AVEVA solutions with customers
- The ability to effectively self-manage and handle multiple, potentially competing commitments at the same time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work alone or with development staff to hands-on develop and present demo applications
- Prospects: Develop good working relationships with clients and always provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism
- Sales: Work with the Sales team in identifying opportunities, providing support at all levels of engagement, and ensuring throughout those proposed solutions are feasible and in line with AVEVA’s strategic objectives
- Technical: Work within a dynamic team and show flexibility in the use and development of personal and technical skills to maximize the team’s efficiency
- Extensive experience providing IT infrastructure support to large user groups that require high-performance connectivity and availability
- Ability to coach and mentor junior employees
