We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure our technology runs like clockwork—supporting business continuity, innovation, and growth.Head of IT, TaiwanWhat You’ll DoAs our Head of IT, you’ll be the backbone of our IT operations, ensuring all systems and applications run smoothly across the organization. You’ll lead a talented team of 3, align IT strategies with business goals, and deliver solutions that make a real impact.Your mission:

Oversee and optimize daily IT operations to ensure seamless application performance.
Implement IT policies and standards in line with global and regional guidelines.
Lead, coach, and develop your team while managing vendor relationships.
Provide technical support and training to users across departments.
Plan and execute IT budgets, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
Safeguard data, networks, and backup systems with robust security practices.
Collaborate with business leaders to deliver tech solutions that drive value.

Your ideal Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 7-10 years overall IT experience, of which at least 3 years in a leadership role. MNC environment will be prioritized.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, POS, CRM and eCommerce platforms.
Proven track record in IT operations, project management, and user support.
Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese to collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
