AI Server Hardware RD Head

• Lead cross-functional R&D teams to develop next-generation AI server solutions
• Work with global clients to shape product and tech direction.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional R&D teams (EE, ME, Thermal, SW, QE, STE/MTE) in AI server development
• Communicate technical concepts fluently in English with global clients, discussing roadmaps and project progress
• Manage project timelines, quality standards, and cost performance across internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Drive innovation and implement best practices to improve development processes

• 10+ years of experience in server development, including design, testing, and manufacturing
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Fluent in English, capable of engaging in high-level technical discussions with international clients
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning applications in server systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
