Firmware Lead (Server)

• Lead end-to-end server development with global client exposure
• Drive innovation in high-performance compute and manufacturing

• Develop and maintain firmware for SAS IOC, Expander, PCIe Switch, CXL, and PRoT
• Perform firmware sanity testing to ensure quality before release
• Analyze and debug issues using protocol and logic analyzers (e.g., SAS/SATA, PCIe/CXL, I2C, SPI)
• Investigate and resolve firmware-related issues with root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, EE, QE, ME, Thermal, etc.)
• Join regular meetings with global customers (in English) for status updates and issue clarification
• Support factory production remotely or on-site as required
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

• Proficient in C programming
• Familiar with Linux OS and basic bash scripting
• Basic communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Python scripting
• Knowledge of Linux driver development and kernel architecture
• Familiarity with hardware interfaces such as I2C, I3C, SPI, eSPI, SMBus, UART, JTAG, USB
