Your role will involve navigating dynamic market demands, delivering precise quotes and rapid inquiry responses, to ensure flawless execution. You'll also fortify our operations through essential BAU tasks, acting as a pivotal driver of our business. We eagerly welcome individuals with experience in Branch Financial Services or Wealth Management Operations to become a key part of our team!Job Responsibilities： * Ensure efficiency, timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of daily operations.

Control and manage time effectively and support teamwork.
Collaborate with Project Manager to support and enhance procedures for joint targets, such as new initiative projects and campaigns.
Support the Product team in monitoring risks, corporate action events, launches, and promotions, and ensure timely compliance with local and regional guidelines.
Maintain and provide analysis reports, regulatory reports, and customer advice.
Adhere to all relevant external regulatory and internal compliance requirement.

Job Requirements：1. Previous working experience in banking operations or wealth management industry.2. Moderately in English, both in speaking and writing3. Good command in communication and Strong resistance to pressure4. Independent, proactive, and positive working attitude.5. Detail oriented.6. Computing skills such excel, file organization and data analysis ability7. Certificates –- Basic Test on Financial Markets and Professional Ethics(金融常識道德)- Proficiency Test for Trust Operations Personnel(信託)- Certification Test for Financial Derivatives Sales Personnel(衍生性金融商品)
